## SELECTION OF INTERVENTIONS
This is a fundamental step in the process, comprising of careful selection of practices from an extensive body of competing interventions for mental health problems via three methods.
### 01. Scoping Review
- Distil core active components of interventions that have proven effectiveness
- Open-access, non-proprietary manual serves as source material for the curriculum
### 02. Expert Group
- Each project has its own subject matter Expert Group
- The Group is consulted to identify the ‘key ingredients’ to be included in the curriculum
### 03. Participatory Approach
- Co-creation of content with the target audience, for example community health workers
- Elicit feedback on the acceptability and feasibility of the proposed intervention
## DIGITIZATION OF CURRICULA
The second step involves the development and implementation of a systematic methodology of competency-based blue-printing and scripting of curricula.
