Positions are awarded on a competitive basis.

#### Research Fellow Positions

##### ***Hiring: Research Fellow in Global Mental Health Implementation*** ***Science***

The Mental Health For All Lab at Harvard Medical School is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to advance our work on scaling evidence-based mental health interventions through digital technology and task-sharing - with a focus on underserved communities in the United States and India.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead independent research, travel to field sites, collaborate with a diverse global team, and contribute to work that is meaningfully reducing the burden of serious mental illness worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and lead an independent research project within the lab's focus areas
- Serve as the scientific liaison between HMS and project sites in India and the U.S.
- Develop intervention materials, training content, and data collection instruments
- Write grants and manuscripts, present at conferences, and mentor junior lab members
