Congratulations to lab leads Dr. Vikram Patel and Dr. John Naslund along with several other colleagues across Harvard and Massachusetts General Hospital who have been awarded one of the 62 Massachusetts Consortium on Pathogen Readiness (MassCPR) funding awards. They will be looking at the mental health consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic by utilizing Harvard University mental health surveys to look at impact on college student mental health and by utilizing the Partners Biobank & Electronic Health Records virtual cohort to understand outcomes and potentially predict hospitalization and service utilization in high risk groups such as those with pre-existing mental health conditions.
