Anand Chukka is a 5th year Harvard medical student. He is interested in primary care hoping to specialize in addiction medicine and become a street doctor. He recently returned from a research year in India with the Mental Health For All Lab studying how rural primary care centers can help support rehabilitation for people with schizophrenia and chronic diseases and continues to work on the SAMARTH project. Outside of this he is involved with advocacy for housing justice, anti-war and anti-genocide activism, abolitionist and asylum seeker advocacy. For fun, he enjoys city-biking, shooting film photography, and collecting vinyls.
