Angelika Morris

Angelika is an incoming Research Assistant II for the EMPOWER project in the department of Global Health and Social Medicine. She previously worked at Ariadne Labs at Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health with the Delivery Decisions team tasked to improve racial equity in birthing outcomes. Additionally, she has worked as a Research Associate at Ida B Wells JUST DATA Lab at Princeton University and designed programs to support maternal mental health. Angelika is a dedicated health advocate with academic interests grounded in medical anthropology, maternal health, global health, health policy, and clinical medicine with specific attention to qualitative humanistic approaches in science and technology. With her Bachelor of Arts degree in Medical Anthropology from Princeton University coupled with a Minor Global Health & Health Policy, she aspires to heal a sick society. Beyond academics, Angelika has interests in entrepreneurship, youth mentorship, and community engagement.
