Isaac Lara
Isaac Lara (he/him) is a well-being advocate, community builder, researcher, and proud father to a seven-year-old Yorkie. He is passionate about enhancing the mental well-being of our global community through community-based models of care and fostering a culture of care. Ultimately, his mission is to create a happier, healthier globe.
Isaac is an alumnus of the University of California, San Diego, where he received a Master of Arts in Global Health and a Bachelors of Science in Clinical Psychology and Global Health (Double Major). During his time as a student, Isaac studied peer support models within higher education, and pushed for the development of such programs on his campus. He currently serves as a full-time Research Assistant with the EMPOWER team at the Mental Health for All Lab.
