Sheena Wood, RN is a Research Assistant in the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine at Harvard Medical School. In this role, she works primarily on the EMPOWER project, which aims to build the mental health workforce globally by building a digital training platform for non-specialist frontline health workers to learn and master delivery of brief psychological treatments. She serves on the EMPOWER Management Team and contributes to treatment content development, budget development, and project management. Sheena is also currently working towards her psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner degree at the MGH Institute of Health Professions and received her BA in Community Health from Brown University.
